Independent checkercheckers/check_exact_pair_seed_gate_v1.py independently reconstructs cycle skeletons, pair targets, degree vectors, triple defects, and Pasch mates. Because no seed was found, only target-system structure and UNKNOWN recording were exercised. checkers/test_exact_pair_seed_cnf_totalizer_v1.py independently tested the cardinality kernel with CaDiCaL on 516 assignments.
